Review # 1 was written on 2016-08-25 00:00:00 Steve Peaker I rally wonderful topic in art that is often overlooked. Spirituality and religious inspiration is being sen as a root of so much art, and hasn't often had a spotlight in contemporary work. This is a great collection of very diverse work that does not pigeonhole Christianity and does not pigeonhole the artists involved but sees such work as an extension of their faith and their faith as an extension of their work. Wonderful volume- chock full of great art.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-03-25 00:00:00 Frank Edvard Schjelderup What strong women! I found their struggle for survival to be heartbreaking at times. The artistry and symbolism in their basketry is inspiring.
