Review # 1 was written on 2013-12-24 00:00:00 YUTAKA NAGASAKI I thought this book would have details about children's daily living, but it is a series of essays on broader topics of childhood in the colonies. I did like that it discussed the children of slaves and of the indigenous people of America, but there were not that many details. My favorite parts were the letters and diary excerpts. |
