Review # 1 was written on 2007-07-12 00:00:00 Lawrence Mooney I've read a TON of self-help/self-improvement books. This is the ONLY book that I've been able to learn from and actually implement. The very specific, very basic suggestions really make this something than anyone can benefit from. Each of the 101 "tips" can have a profound effect on your life, especially since they're based on simple fundamentals: think about it, "the first place to start when you begin ... is to dramatically reduce the number of things that are distracting you and draining your energy and replace them with some positive, nurturing energy boosters". And then over the next 10 chapters (each only 4-6 pages long) she shows you very simple ways to do exactly that. This is a book that I consider one of my top 10 recommendations of all time.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-02-27 00:00:00 Suellen Buckman I have to say if you haven't read this book yet, it is essential that you do! I read hundreds of books every year, likely thousands lol and they are mostly non-fiction, self-help. When I came across this book on PBSWAP, I ordered it right away and then let it sit on my shelf for a month or two. Then I decided to start reading it and wow, I couldn't put it down. To me, it shouldn't have the word Coach in the Title but this book is all about improving your life, doing the right things for the right reasons and doing the suggestions in this book are guaranteed to bring you success if you read it and take action on the suggestions! I am not even kidding you right now! Get this book and read it. Then tell me if I'm wrong if you think I am. But I bet you will say, as I did, that this is one of the best self help, goal achieving, success getting books you have ever read in your entire life! Because it is! Great job Talane! I've never even heard of you, but now that I have, I have to say you are an amazing writer!
