Review # 1 was written on 2008-01-12 00:00:00 Robert Clemmer The subject of the textbook is BORING, especially the first two or three chapters. As far as writing though, it's pretty well written. I do wish it would go into better detail in a couple areas, though.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-03-16 00:00:00 Glenn Andersson I thought this book was intelligent, well-argued, and thought-provoking. I'm not entirely convinced that all of the author's conclusions are correct, but the subject matter of the book is of the highest importance.
