I know this book is mostly fiction, written by a man that wanted to publish his book. He did his research in 1996 and this happened in 1898. How could he know of the conversations that went on? He took a terrible episode event in Oklahoma history and added what he thought. Well, he didn't know.. He stated the Indians were teenage boys. They were grown, men. My grandfather, my great uncles.and also my great-grandfather were there. My family has had this story handed down through the generations. My mother wrote about it in her journal. The author never interviewed any of my family, so it's mostly one man's tale as he sees it.

This was a tough one. My great-grandfather took part in this lynching. Apparently I need to think hard about my family history.
