Review # 1 was written on 2017-12-30 00:00:00 Kevin Shipley A rich collection of poems. Szporluk touches on some religious themes without being preachy or didactic, and her poems are well crafted with layered imagery and thick metaphorical language. At times the poems got a bit too dense for my taste, but overall this was a superb collection and one that I will probably return to.
