The failure to think through alternatives and adopt sweeping policy without resources for implementation accounts for the failure of the progressive vision, so benevolent in intent, so ineffective in execution, ultimately so naive in conception.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-12-04 00:00:00 Huoo Qian This is an informative and entertaining book about Valentine's Day. With a historical background, cultural traditions, arts and crafts, jokes and even recipes, this book is sure to have something for everyone. I like that the narrative is not overwhelming with details or boring and we were easily able to read the entire book at one setting. Overall, it's a good book to learn more about Valentine's Day. We enjoyed reading this book together.
