Review # 1 was written on 2012-12-30 00:00:00 Clarke Dilks Blah. Most importantly (and maddeningly), why does he keep referring to this "$10,000 portfolio"?! Nowhere does he give any justification for it, saying only that one needs to have one. Does it start with 10K? Is it worth 10K? Augh!
