Review # 1 was written on 2018-09-10 00:00:00 Jeff Deshazer This book has good coverage of two rarely used parts of C++ - Iostreams and locales. Iostreams are difficult to use efficiently - e.g. cout << endl and I have never seen locales used at all. Buy C: A Reference Manual instead.
