Review # 1 was written on 2017-10-05 00:00:00 Tahosa Callahan The authors' strategy for management? Take every established management strategy, throw it all into this book, swirl it around, then hedge every one of the strategies by pointing out strengths and weaknesses, and explain that the best way is a compromise of them all. Since so many management strategies are covered, it is hilarious when the authors contradict one of them only a few pages after explaining it. |
Review # 2 was written on 2010-04-08 00:00:00 Todd Larson Significantly dated, but the principles are sound. It should be reissued with follow ups on the original stories, as well as companies that are more relevant today. If you're seeking a book on organizational change, this one should be part of a much larger collection and not relied on to be the sole resource. |
