Great for parents with very active children who may not have ADD.

"THINK FAST! The ADD Experience is the first book entirely about what it's like to have ADD. ADD individuals of all ages and professions share their perspectives and knowledge on such subjects as choosing therapy, coping with day-to-day life, career related issues, the particular problem of women with ADD and much more. It is a resource book that can be read from cover to cover or scanned for specific topics relevant to the reader." ~~back cover This book does indeed have a lot of information on many of the aspects of ADD, and many sections are useful. But there are also many sections based on the CompuServe's Attentions Deficit Disorder Forum, and I found those disconcerting.
