Review # 1 was written on 2017-06-10 00:00:00 Mark Buckham Great read overall! My main complaint is that the author seemed to rush the ending a bit. The whole book was great, but I felt the resolution at the end wasn't totally fulfilling. I definitely plan to read the rest of the Songs of the North series by this author.

Despite a couple of wrong notes like both hero and heroine considering their dreams as foolish (dreams held great power in both cultures), ErinSong is deftly plotted and peopled with compelling characters. Terrific, robust storytelling. Highly recommended.
