Review # 1 was written on 2013-01-28 00:00:00 Harold Miller This book should be given at all bridal showers--two copies! One for the new bride and one for her fiance's mother. It could be the best gift either of them receive. Though I have no daughters-in-law and my mother-in-law has since passed away, I gleaned many tips that would smooth any potentially difficult relationship. Kudos to the author for handling this all-too-universal problem in such a fair and even-handed manner.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-05-08 00:00:00 Tom J Quaglia Im 6 years married and struggle to have an authenic and loving relationship with my mother-in-law who view me as a her rival. This book changes the way I look at my mother-in-law and serves as an encouragement for me to stay faithful as I continue on the uphill battle.
