Review # 1 was written on 2012-10-13 00:00:00 Malik Lane This is a critical study and (partial) biography of Brittain, and it's fascinating, especially after reading the definitive biography this summer. |
Review # 2 was written on 2016-09-29 00:00:00 William Kuhn There isn't much mythology in this book as it's mostly the author tearing to shreds the work of Max Muller, someone he seems to have had a long-standing grudge with. It was dotted with some anthropological examples but not enough to make it an interesting read! |
