Review # 1 was written on 2016-02-12 00:00:00 Mark Schneider Another book I find intensely irritating, mostly because when I say Paw, it sounds like 'poor' and I think that's a poor name for a dog. I get that repetition and familiarity is something young readers like but the 10 point check up, repeated twice is annoying.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-05-01 00:00:00 Devin Mann Paw is a dog and he gets a chance that not many dogs get: he gets to tell his own story. His owner's name is April and she is a veterinarian. Paw gets to spend the day with her while she treats different animals for various aliments. Every morning before they leave and every evening before bed, Paw gets a 10 point check that includes eyes, ears, nose, breath, teeth, paws, coat, tummy, tail and whole self. Paws always gets a "good dog, Paw!"
