Review # 1 was written on 2019-01-09 00:00:00 Margarita Quintana I love this collection because not only does it contain the ongoing narrative of the Pattersons, it also has a short essay from Johnston on the entire Lawrence coming out narrative. You learn about the reaction from papers and readers alike. So brave of Johnston to include this story arc in 1992!

Review # 2 was written on 2008-03-08 00:00:00 David Rivero The 15th Anniversary collection of For Better or For Worse is not quite the extravaganza they had for the tenth. You still get some color Sunday strips--of relatively contemporary vintage--but the prose is limited to an occasional paragraph explaining some of the inspiration for a particular Sunday strip and a three page essay regarding the storyline where Lawrence comes out as being gay. Add all that to the year's worth of reprints and you get a nice book to put on your shelf.
