Review # 1 was written on 2017-11-27 00:00:00 Christopher Magee I know that these two books are considered literary masterpieces, and I'm glad that I read them, but I really had a hard time drawing helpful parallels and associations in this book. Themes such as coming of age, responsibility, dreams, etc are quick to point out and run their course after the first hundred pages or so. The remainder of the books seem like continued variations on them. |
