Review # 1 was written on 2009-11-10 00:00:00 Luis Mora Tan Great book about the dangers and benefits of eugenics, from a Christian Feminist perspective. Does not simply dismiss or undermine the topics, but takes them seriously and treats issue with a thoughtfulness and engagement.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-01-26 00:00:00 Anne Eldridge I love that this book attempts to address the role of technology in social change by considering the way in which humans were always-already in need of "prosthetics." The book echoes some of Donna Haraway's insight about humans being cyborgs, but in this case Stiegler puts the observation in dialogue with Heidegger's discussions of what it means to be a subject in time.
