I'm the author, so I want to just share a bit about the book. This is a devotional, aimed a women, but unlike some "women's devotionals" it invites deeper reflection and contemplation. It takes you slowly through several passages in the gospels, introducing you to spiritual disciplines like Lectio Divina and breath prayer. Rather than daily readings, there are a few per week, so you don't feel guilty for "missing a day" --which sometimes makes us rush to catch up on our reading. rather, it invites the reader to a slower pace, and deeper connection. Slow down, breathe deep, connect with God.

I've lead groups of women through this book as a break from traditional Bible Study. It's an excellent resource for those interested in spiritual formation who what to go beyond just reading and studying the Bible.
