Save for chapter 3, which delves into the world of managing the instruction of instructors, the rest of the book offers practical and relevant assistance. The first chapter is so good as an historical anchor and theoretical timeline, it is about to become a part of the graduate-level course for college instructors at ISU by my recommendation.
