Dumond I admit I might be a little bias, as the author was a good friend of my family when I was growing up, but I still use the gorditas recipe from this book to celebrate my dad's birthday (he's deceased). They come out the same every time, which is to say, delicious! I like recipes that are reliable and easy to follow. Awesome book, even if, like me, you're a bit culinarily challenged. :)
