I liked it, but she emphasizes lean protein and I'm not that into meat anymore after listening to my own body and how it digests each meal. I felt it was a bit outdated and upon checking it was written in 2000. So many health reports are different in 2014 than 2000. Her info on vitamins and what they do was very beneficial to me and my favorite part of the book. Also enjoyed the beauty routines sections with homemade beauty products -- will try some of the masks she recommends. Well written, well laid out.

Informative accurate information regarding the human body and how to innternally cleanse in a 'real people' friendly approach. If you are interested in maintaining the health of your kidneys, heart, liver, and lymphatic functions then this is a must read . . . and commit to memory book.
