Review # 1 was written on 2016-09-29 00:00:00 Thomas Dinges Not a light read. Written before the Bell System monopoly break up but published in 1983. Very useful as I did a lot of telecommunications programming back in the day. Pretty dated now but a through look at historical engineering as an over overview.
