The book covers his major exploits of early life, his time in the French and Indian War, and at Mount Vernon (including, but not belaboring the slavery there), the series of Acts that led to the American Revolution, through his death. Tables on various presidential information are included. Great for younger readers who are looking for an overview of his life that goes beyond his contribution in the Revolutionary War.
