George Trower-Subira does it once again! Lots of great information here specific to Black people about achieving success in business, however, all can gain from reading the info. Subira talks about how we have gotten to the point where we are now (now being the 1990's when the book was published, yet still extremely relevant present-day). He is reminiscent of Carter G. Woodson as he talks about the hope that Black people have put into obtaining degrees, for the most part, to our own detriment. He touches on why Black Businesses are essential and what they can do for us. He touches on the trifles of corporate America. He discusses how venturing out to start a business could affect the relationships we have with others and much more. This book is a much needed discussion to be had in various Black circles.

Some interesting stories told by an arrogant, womanizing jerk who had a beautiful voice.
