Review # 1 was written on 2017-11-11 00:00:00 Marc Shry I can't help but feel his poetry would have been a lot better if he hadn't been as pious or patriotic. Nevertheless there are some beautiful lines in there - "Breakers" is especially beautiful and really evokes the sea! I also likes Helen at the Loom and some parts of opals are lovely. I'll leave you with a few lines from that poem because they're worth being shared; “So was it with us, I think, Whose souls were formed on the brink Of a crater, where rain and flame Had mingled and crystallized." beautiful. |
Review # 2 was written on 2013-03-29 00:00:00 Calvin Reckord Followed the reading while listening to an Intro to Psych Yale Open Course lectures on iTunes U, and it was great! I took several Psychology courses back in my undergrad and it was fun to go back through and review the different theories and schools of thoughts and explanations of behavior. I still learn from these foundational principles in my life today. |
