Review # 1 was written on 2018-11-17 00:00:00 Michael Cusimano 5/5!!!!!! 2003 Biography Upper elementary This is a fantastic book if you're wanting to learn about Rosa Parks for some knowledge or a book assignment! This short chapter book offers tons of background knowledge on her story from December 1,1955 all the way to her childhood experiences! I enjoyed this book because it displayed facts in a friendly way! It tells Rosa Parks story, with facts about the time period she was apart of and it gives lots of detail on what people back then had to go through as African Americans! I would use this book in my class lesson on biographies and culture perspectives on important women in history!
