Review # 1 was written on 2010-05-11 00:00:00 Jerry Saint for botticelli: my intro to theatre and war. this play captured the boyishness of the average conscripted soldier in vietnam (freshly out of high school:average age 19 compared to wwii's 25) and juxtaposes classical knowledge, art and beauty with the boredom & brutality of war.
