Review # 1 was written on 2013-10-13 00:00:00 Desiree Heathman This could have been a good book. The writing is clear, appropriate charts are provided, and the organization of the book is well put together. However, there was an abundance of mis-information in the book. Many things were said about multiple cultures, belief systems and practices that simply weren't accurate. Because there are few references given in the book, it's hard to say if the book was just poorly researched or if the author just made things up. If this wasn't a textbook I had to suffer through in college, I never would have completed even a third of it. |
