Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-30 00:00:00 Cheryl May There were a couple chapters that were good and a few suggestions that were good but overall this book is full of BS. The authors are not doctors and very clearly do not have scientific backgrounds, making simple mistakes in explaining the chemistry of the human body. If you want to believe what they are saying please research the topic online before believing it. What a joke. It gave me some laughs though. AIDS is caused by what you eat, didn't you know? Lol

Review # 2 was written on 2020-01-24 00:00:00 Joseph Niedert Judith Cornell was my teacher and this book changed my life. She helped me to go within myself and reconnect with the true me..:) I studied with her for three years and was certified by her as a Mandala Facilitator...she left this world in May of this year. I plan to help carry out her work.
