Review # 1 was written on 2010-05-06 00:00:00 Angela Buzzella This is a basic introduction to general parts of the law of landlord and tenant. Much of this was familiar to me from first-year property; I was a little surprised how easily I was able to follow it, being fairly unfamiliar with the subject. This is by no means a hornbook. It serves as a basic primer and articulates the main concepts very clearly, and so serves the purpose for which it is written very well. One will need to go elsewhere for a truly comprehensive account, and the law is highly variable between states.
