Review # 1 was written on 2012-04-26 00:00:00 Daniel Pariseau This book was both fun and educational. By pretending to be the actual workbook given to a newly elected president, it puts the reader in that role and asks some of the interesting, yet generally unknown questions like: What do you do the day after the election? How will you handle staffing the overall transition? How long will your inaugural speech be? Which portraits will you hang in the Oval Office? Will you work in the Oval Office, or will it be purely ceremonial? Great look behind the curtain! |
Review # 2 was written on 2008-12-08 00:00:00 Jay Charles This is an amazingly detailed but simply written guide for OBAMA. Aside diagrams and flowcharts is lots of detail about what the individual cabinet offices do, and advice for the P-E about what types of folks to hire. |
