Review # 1 was written on 2019-02-12 00:00:00 Catherine Pehr Clear and Concise. This was an easy read with tons of things that can be readily applied at work. It may appear that many of these are common sense and should only be done that way, but if we look back, we (atleast I!) don't do delegate in a methodical/ objective way. This book clearly changed my way of looking at delegation.
