Review # 1 was written on 2014-07-21 00:00:00 Scott Saulters The first half of this book is about Ned Smith's life, the second half is some of his art works that appeared in wildlife publications. Being from PA I have been fortunate enough to visit The Ned Smith Art and E center.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-06-20 00:00:00 Mark Beam Small selection of astounding calligraphy by Croatian scribe Georg Bocskay accompanied by equally impressive illuminations by Flemish painter Joris Hoefnagel taken from the codex "Mira Calligraphiae Monumenta". A very short and small book with good introductory text. However the reproduced images are far far too small and resolution not high enough such that calligraphic detail is lost. 5 (content) - 2 (format) = 3 stars.
