Review # 1 was written on 2016-09-24 00:00:00 Amy Fruth This book is mostly a texbook, I would not recommend it for leisurly reading. However, it is very informative and provides a wide array of content that will certainly interest fitness and health practitioners. Anybody attempting to read this book should do it on a need to know basis, meaning that it should be read from front to back but on a chapter to chapter basis depending on the most needed topic at the time.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-12-22 00:00:00 David Halbauer This book was a very helpful read. I would not have chosen it myself-- but it was required of me. Some strategies are a little silly, but all are very interesting. I wish I would have put my leadership skills to practice better throughout this past school year.
