Review # 1 was written on 2012-07-12 00:00:00 Jesse Hickman My interest in each profile varied with my familiarity with the scientist profiled: the more I knew about a fiction mad scientist, my interest rose; the less I knew about a real person, the more interesting it was. Most of this is conjecture, but is still worth a read if you're interested in people who push the bounds of knowledge (or in some cases, morality).

Review # 2 was written on 2014-07-01 00:00:00 Marilyn Grover I appreciate any survey of mad scientists (as this is -- real and fictional) that includes Stanley Milgrom. It was fun. I enjoyed reading it. Nice reference material. Probably won't read it again.
