Review # 1 was written on 2008-10-02 00:00:00 Stephanie Krebs One of the best library texts I've read to date. Extremely useful and practical, was borrowed for my coursework, but will likely purchase for my professional shelf to reference in the future.

Review # 2 was written on 2011-07-30 00:00:00 Barbara Rittiman Not a tomb you'd just pick up and read, but quite a few helpful examples and bits of advice fill this book. To go back and later peruse the pages might give an idea or reminder about what needs to be done. Probably not a book I'll keep though.
