The problem with this book is that it isolates every type into its own chapter (i.e., OCD, narcissistic, avoidant) instead of looking at some cross-bleeding from one to another. Someone might be OCD with aggressive tendencies vs. OCD with submissive, avoidant tendencies, and you might need to treat those differently. Otherwise, though, I was glad to have a book on this subject.

Really good book on understanding different personality types and how they interact in the workforce. Also offers advice on how to manage these employees that will get maximum cooperation and productivity out of them.
