Review # 2 was written on 2016-07-21 00:00:00 Tom Birkelund This book was used as a textbook for one of my classes. The book contains invaluable information for not only the health promotion field but information that can be used in various other areas as well. Some parts got a little dry but, overall, this was a great book and learning tool. One of the very few textbooks that I actually felt was worth reading and contained information for all stages and careers. I would highly recommend for anyone, in either work or personal settings.
