"Push prices higher. High prices improve the experience. High prices don't just talk, they tempt" (89). "The simple truth is that people buy 'stuff' (products or services), in every part of their business and their personal lives for one reason only: To make some of their stress go away" (99). "In the sales world, a negative response is treated as a request for further information" (105). "Remember that losing a bad customer is a good thing. Gaining 100 percent of your bids means you are taking on the 'sinners' from someone else's customer list" (112).
