Review # 1 was written on 2014-10-24 00:00:00 Saiaiki Jones Generally interesting content but very poorly written and suffers with a serious case of academese. There are times when you question whether the author even knows what he is trying to say. Definitions throughout which is nice but they are poorly worded making simple concepts seem more challenging than they are. Would not recommend - especially to the students it is supposedly meant for. |
Review # 2 was written on 2016-03-30 00:00:00 Christopher Mcneil Two pages in, and it's already deriding "intuitive thinkers" (in fact conflating them with non-thinkers) and attacking "anti-vaxxers" setting psychologists up as these superior thinking human beings. Psychology is completely infected with narcissim and would be much better off if it stopped parading around like a legitimate science and got to the business of actually helping people. |
