Review # 2 was written on 2009-02-03 00:00:00 Raymond Goldstein This is a book (or rather a huuuge infographic) that every policy-maker and school administrator should have on his/her desk at all times. I really liked that the authors themselves admit that this book is an incomplete collection of all the possible ideas to improve the learning environment (they even allocate some pages for you to fill in your own ideas).
