Review # 1 was written on 2018-03-17 00:00:00 Rebecca Forbes A lot of good information, but a lot to slog through! I mainly enjoyed the insets about different people important to, or bad for, Christianity. This is an old book, written in the 70's.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-03-28 00:00:00 Julie Storey a good reference book that helps the reader understand our religion and its practices in a deeper way. It helps avoid that "why do we do this?". I not only enjoyed the succinct but thorough background but the pictures were great to help develop a sense of what happened.
