Edwards wide-ranging survey includes the Jesus Seminar of the 1980s and 90s, the veracity and authenticity of the Gospels, naturalism, postmodernism and moral relativism. This is an excellent refresher of Sunday school studies or for those seeking to grow in the Faith. A selection for my book discussion group, I found Edwards' survey sparked interesting theological discussion, and a refreshing affirmation that indeed Jesus is the only Savior.

Review # 2 was written on 2011-08-01 00:00:00 Charles Kirschenbaum Excellent book! Really enjoyed the historical perspective and the solid encouragement to follow Jesus.
