Review # 1 was written on 2012-03-30 00:00:00 Wicked Tone I loved this cookbook! Lots of fish recipes. I've been to many of the places mentioned in the book and look forward to trying the ones I haven't. I got this book for my Stepmother but of course I had to read it first. lol

Review # 2 was written on 2016-12-31 00:00:00 Martie Brown This was one of the first cookbooks that I really worked with. The recipes are really too complex to cook in general use. However, as a beginning cookbook, this is not too bad. Emeril does a great job of building rich and deep flavors in his food, and that comes through in his cookbook. In addition, the stock recipes alone justify the purchase of this book--though you can almost certainly find them online.
