Develops a sense of lifelong learning as the authors walk through their experience of growing an earth-friendly restaurant. They love life, food, and sharing their discoveries together. The seasonal organization helped me decide how to begin to apply what they have learned. I liked the "start with these local foods" approach at the beginning of each season.

I love the earth to table thought. Getting something straight from the farm. I picked this up at a thrift store because of the bright pictures of salads and fruit. There are some good recipes in there. I really want to make the corn on the cob with the chili lime. I like that it's separated by seasons. Gives it more of a spring to summer feel in the types of food and then into fall winter.
