Review # 1 was written on 2018-12-16 00:00:00 Jonathan Murray Bulldogs can have the courage of a lion, the friendliness of a Disney character, the loyalty of a Marine, and the dignity of a spinster dowager. Bulldogs gives a history of the breed and discusses the joys and discomforts of having one as a companion. There are excellent sections on selection and training that can apply to any breed. Included was a DVD on training. Overall an excellent and informative book for anyone interested in the breed that is written in easy to understand language.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-04-22 00:00:00 Adrian Hill I enjoyed this book very much. I believe that this is a "must read" for any "bully" owner. I know that I learned things that I did not know about the care of a bulldog. Yes, I would highly recommend this book.
