Review # 1 was written on 2021-05-08 00:00:00 Jacob Hauversburk For a simple introduction to Carter's life and presidency, this is a good starting point, if perhaps a bit too positive at times.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-10-21 00:00:00 Gene A. Patterson Jr. Great overview book of the life of Jimmy Carter for upper elementary through middle grades. This book was published by the Children's Press in 1995 so only includes the work of Carter through 1994. The book contains quite a bit of information and also a nice timeline of his life.Also contains some great photographs. (pre read for teaching Georgia history; required reading for HH and GH--some sections will need to be orally read to her)
