Review # 1 was written on 2012-01-19 00:00:00 Kathryn Hall His first book Memories remained on the best seller list for months and Ralph was talked into writing a sequel. Talks about plane crash killing Patsy Cline, Cowboy Copas, Hawshaw Hawkins, and Randy Hughes (pilot). Weather was bad and Hughes was not certified to fly by instruments so crash was his fault. Jim Reeves was piloting plane that crashed near Radnor Lake and it appeared plane struck by lightning. Then in 1991, a plane’s wing clipped a mountain side as it was ascending and the plane crashed killing all aboard in fire. They were 7 members of Reba’s band and her tour manager. Ralph feels country music is getting bigger but not better. Music comes from the head and not the heart. It is all business now.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-11-29 00:00:00 John Augello This is the sequel:). More great country music biz and early radio lore from Ralph Emery. This was a large print edition, so it took a little adjustment. Having read the first book, i wonder if he simply wrote enough for two and then split up the stories. He follows the same chronolgy in both.
