Well, this one had some good answers in it, even if the questions weren't the same ones I'd ask. I guess I didn't think of them yet. But that's why I'm in homeschool.

This well organized, informative book will help readers (young and old) familiarize themselves with the basics of camping. One of the books major strengths is using photographs to illustrate everything from packing lists to step by step instructions. An exemplary section is how to pack your gear - one is left feeling that they could do a side by side comparison of their stuff in front of them and the instructions within the book & be assured theyve got it right. The cooking and making section may be interesting to readers who dont want to camp. Homemade wind gauges, water collection points, and even a camp stool made from sticks a plastic bag give readers ideas for things to do outdoors.
